Often, our relationship with our body is complicated. We have had years to ingest the messages from the media about what our bodies should look like or how they should perform. We go through puberty and our bodies change. We go through menopause or illness and our bodies change. We get injured or have surgery and our bodies change. It can be hard to learn to love our bodies just as they are. As a fitness and exercise counselor, it is my job to help you carve a path to loving your body just as you are. You are perfect.
